阿胶低肽有效分子量范围的筛选与量效关系实验研究

摘　　要：目的对实验制取的不同分子量段的阿胶低肽进行致敏性、有效性与量效关系实验的研究。方法将不同分子量段的阿胶低肽分3次静脉注射豚鼠，观察致敏性，确定分子量安全范围；采用环磷酰胺法制造贫血模型，考察不同分子量段的阿胶低肽对贫血小鼠的升血作用，确定有效分子量范围；最后进行有效分子量范围内的量效关系考察。结果分子量安全范围为〈3kD，有效分子量范围为1-3kD，量效关系研究表明对注射小鼠，阿胶低肽在120mg·kg^-1范围内呈量效正相关。结论阿胶低肽应采用的分子量范围为1～3kD，量效关系可应用于以阿胶低肽含量的比较取代药效强弱的比较。OKIECrlVE To study the sensitization, availability of different MWt. Sect low-peptides of E＇jiao we had prepared. Then study the dose-effect relationship. METHODS Prepare the different MWt. Sect enzymatic .solution of low-peptide of E＇jiao, shot to guinea pig 3 times. Then observe the sensitization to ensure the safe MWt. Sect. Make anaemia sample by i. p. Cyclophosphamide, then study the anti-anaemia effect of different MW＇t. Sect low-peptide of E＇ jiao, ensure the effective MWt. Sect. Finally study the dose-effect relationship in the effective MWt. Sect. RESULTS The safe MW＇t. Sect is 〈3kD,the effective MWt. Sect is 1 - 3kD, the dose-effect relationship shows positive when MWt. Sect between lkD and 3kD. CONCLUSION The MWt. Sect of low-peptide of E＇jiao for injection should be 1 -3kD, the dose-effect relationship can be used in comparison of effect which can he replaced by comparison of content.
