摘　　要：思想政治教育领域的"以人为本"就是以学生为本。以学生为本是构建高校思想政治教育良性循环机制的保障。只有体现"以人为本"的理念,从学生的需要和利益出发,才能激发学生主动性,发挥其主体能动性的作用,才能较好地实现高校思想政治教育的目标。＂ Human-oriented＂ in the field of ideological and political education means student-centered- ness, which guarantees the construction of a benign circle mechanism of college ideological and political education. Only when the idea of ＂human-oriented＂ is embodied with students＇ needs and interests as the starting point, can students＇ initiative be stimulated and the goal of college ideological and political education achieved.
