2%利多卡因凝胶鼻腔内涂抹治疗三叉神经痛

摘　　要：目的：研究2%利多卡因凝胶鼻腔内涂抹治疗Ⅱ支三叉神经痛的疗效。方法：20例Ⅱ支三叉神经痛的患者随机分至两组,分别在患侧鼻腔涂抹2%利多卡因凝胶2ml或生理盐水对照。7天后两组患者交换。触碰面部诱发疼痛发作,测定给药前和给药后15分钟疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）,并记录疼痛是否再次出现以及一次给药后疼痛有效控制的持续时间。结果：利多卡因组VAS值显著下降（P〈0.01）,而生理盐水组无显著变化。治疗效果平均维持4.5小时（范围0.5-24小时）。结论：2%利多卡因凝胶鼻腔内涂抹治疗Ⅱ支三叉神经痛能迅速显效并维持一段时间,无严重不良反应。paroxysmal Objective ： To evaluate pain in second-division trigeminal neuralgia the effectiveness of intranasal lidocaine-hydrochloride-mucilage 2% on trigeminal neuralgia. Methods： Twenty patients with second-division were randomized to receive 2ml of either lidocaine-hydrochloride-mueilage 2% or saline placebo in the affected nostril. After a 7 day period, patients were crossed over to receive the alternative treatment. The paroxysmal pain triggered by touching was assessed with a 10 cm visual analogue scale （VAS） before and 15 min after treatment. Patients were asked to record whether the pain relieved and how long after therapy it recurred. Results： Intranasal lidocaine 2% significantly decreased VAS, whereas the placebo did not. The effect of treatment persisted for 4.5 h （ range 0.5 - 24 h）. Conclusion ： Intranasal lidocaine-hydrochloride-mucilage 2% produced prompt but temporary analgesia without serious adverse reactions in patients with second-division trigeminal neuralgia
