摘 要:通过高分子材料流变性能、自然老化实验前后力学性能、熔体流动性能的变化,研究了迷迭香抗氧剂(Rao)对聚丙烯(PP)体系的抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明,加入Rao的PP体系的流变扭矩与原体系相比明显增大;150d老化过程中,未加抗氧剂的PP的拉伸强度由32MPa下降至24MPa,熔体流动速率由2.7g/10min上升至18.8g/10min,经30d老化后冲击强度由3kJ/m2下降至1kJ/m2;150d老化过程中,添加Rao的PP的拉伸强度由34MPa下降至29MPa,熔体流动速率由2.5g/10min上升至5.3g/10min,经30d老化后冲击强度由4kJ/m2下降至3.2kJ/m2,说明添加Rao后PP体系的抗氧化性能有显著提升。Effects of rosemary antioxidant (Rao) on the antioxidantive properties of PP were evaluated by comparing the rheological and mechanical properties before and after natural weathering. For neat PP, after 150 drs aging, the tensile strength decreased from 32 to 24 MPa, the melt flow rate increased from 2.7 g/10min to 18. 8 g/10min; after 30 d's aging, the impact strength decreased from 3 kJ/m^2 to 1 kJ/m^2. For Rao containing PP at the same conditions, the tensile strength from 34 MPa to 29 MPa, the melt flow rate increased from 2. 5 g/10min to 5. 3 g/10min, the impact strength decreased from 4 kJ/m^2 to 3. 2 kJ/m^2. In the melt torque determination, the torque of Rao containing system was obviously higher.
