摘　　要：分析了疾控机构重点学科建设的基本条件，并以湖南省疾病控制中心的实践为例，阐述了该中心重点学科建设的现状和发展方向与目标，探讨了疾病控制机构加强重点学科建设应该重视的四个方面工作。This article analyzed the basic conditions of the construction for the key subjects in Disease Control and Prevention institutions （ CDC）, and described the status quo, development direction and goal of the key subject construction using Hunan province CDC （HNCDC） as an example. Finally, it was discussed that four important aspects of the work should be paid more attention during the key subject con- struction in HNCDC.
