摘　　要：MOSFET模型一般使用不同的公式来描述不同的工作区，这使得在各工作区之间的过渡点上，模型的连续性受到限制．本文提出了一种简单有效的方法将各工作区用统一的公式来描述、它保持了原分区描述模型的精度。MOSFET models usually apply different formulas to different operation regions,Which may causes the order of continuity to be limited at the transition point between regions. A simple but efficient method is presented to describe all the operation regions using a unified formula. It keeps the accuracy of the original model and largely improves its continuity.
