摘  要:管道运输在国民经济中正发挥着越来越重要的作用,而维护管道安全运行、防止泄漏事故的发生已经成为一项极重要的工作,泄漏检测系统对于减少经济损失和环境污染有着很大的意义;本设计对基于S3C2410的嵌入式系统的软硬件开发进行了较深入的研究,并从现场数据采集、数据加工处理、数据状态显示、网络信息共享等方面对监控系统进行了设计,同时提出将嵌入32位微处理器与嵌入式实时操作系统相结合,通过TCP/IP协议将嵌入式系统接入到Internet,实现通过互联网访问现场数据的廉价方案;研究结果表明,本设计是完全可行的,且设计中所提出的嵌入式系统网络接入方案成本低,效率高,为其他工业远程控制提供了一种新的解决方案。Pipeline is one of the most important tools in industrial transportations and is playing great role on the developing of national economy. Pipeline leak detection is an important topic for reduction oil loss and environment protection. This design deeply studied the development of the S3C2410 embedded system's hardware and software, and designed the monitoring system from the local data acquisition, data processing, dada displaying and shared network information. At the same time, this paper put forward a cheaper design method, which realize the combination of 32--bit ARM--based microprocessor and embedded real--time operating system, and achieved the access of industrial data through connecting the embedded device to the Internet under TCP/IP protocol. Study results show that the design of this paper is entirely feasible. The Network access program which the design put forward is low--cost and high--efficiency, and provided a new method for the other industrial remote control system.
