摘  要:针对传统PID参数整定法的缺点和不足,将数字PID控制与PLC技术结合,提出了新的PID参数自整定设计方案;通过人机交互管理整个自整定过程,分析推导出关键参数,该方案有两种运行模式,即独立使用(AT)或与PID控制配合使用(AT+PID);对方案的软硬件体系结构进行了详细介绍,并给出了加热炉控制系统电路图和软件编程变量列表;实验结果表明,系统对加热炉的控制灵敏,温度稳态误差较小;该方案的适用性和有效性强,性能稳定,具有较好的工程应用前景。As the shortcoming and insufficiency of conventional PID controller, combining digital PID control with PLC approaches, a new PID auto--tuning design method is proposed. Through human--machine interface, the whole process of auto--tuning is managed, and typical design parameters are also analyzed and determined. The method provides two kinds of operation mode, AT and AT+PID. The soft-ware and hardware architecture are introduced in detail. The results of experiments indicate the system can control the heating furnace sensitively, and the temperature steady error is very small. The method is applicable and efficient, and its performance is steady; therefore, it possesses better prospect in engineering applications.
