摘 要:以可生物降解聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)为壳材,通过溶剂挥发法制备包覆己二酸微胶囊,采用扫描电子显微镜观测微胶囊的表面形貌,用FT-IR表征微胶囊芯材与壳材的化学组成,用TGA分析微胶囊的热稳定性;并将微胶囊添加到基材PBS中,测试其对基材PBS降解的影响。研究结果表明:投料比为1∶3时,微胶囊有较高的包覆率和较好的表面形貌;己二酸微胶囊的热力学稳定性稍有下降,这有利于芯材的释放,其对基材PBS的降解有一定的促进作用。Taking biodegradable poly (butylene succinate) (PBS) as shell material,microcapsules containing adipic acid was prepared via solvent evaporation process. The surface morphology, chemical composition and thermal stability of microeapsules were studied. The effect of microcapsules on PBS was also researched. It was found that when the adipic acid/ PBS ratio was 3:1 ,the microcapsules had higher coating volume and ideal surface morphology. The decline of thermal stability was good for release of adipic acid. Microcapsule could accelerate the PBS degradation.
