摘  要:目的进行纤维蛋白靶向对比剂对兔大脑中动脉红色或白色栓子的MRI分子影像学评价。方法血红色和白色栓子在24小时前制作。在透视下将3F微导管插入左颈内动脉近心端,将放在2ml生理盐水中的2个红色或白色栓子在3~5min内缓慢注入颈内动脉。于注射EP-2104R或Magnevist前及注射后进行连续T1-FLAIR和T1加权双翻转快速自旋回波序列血栓分子磁共振成像。结果在对比剂EP2104R注射之前,无论红色、还是白色栓子均未显示。在注射EP2104R后,红色和白色栓子均能够准确显示,呈亮点,与周围组织形成对比。在Gd-DTPA对照组动物,栓子注射后,注射Gd-DTPA后6个小时,没有任何对比作用,栓子未显示增强改变。结论应用纤维蛋白靶向对比剂EP-2104R能够选择性的显示兔大脑中动脉红色和白色栓子。Objective In the present study, we attempted to evaluate the application of EP-2104R into molecular magnetic resonance imaging of red and white emboli in the MCA in rabbits. Methods The red and white emboli was engineered ex vivo from human blood approximately 24 hours previously . Under angiography, a 3F catheter was advanced into the proximal part of the left internal carotid artery (ICA). Subsequent molecular MR imaging was performed with TI-FLAIR and Tl-weighted double-inversion recovery (DIR) fast spin echo sequences before and after systemic administration of EP-2104R or Gd-DTPA. Results Before contrast media application, no thrombi was visible. After contrast EP-2104R administration, all emboli, regardless of red or white types, was selectively visualized as white spots. In comparison, Gd-DTPA did not significantly improve detection of red and white emboli. Conclusion Molecular MR imaging with the fibrin-targeted contrast-agent EP-2104R allows selective visualization of red and white emboli in middle cerebral artery in rabbits
