摘　　要：胆管乳头状瘤病临床上较为少见,多发生于老年男性,常以梗阻性黄疸或反复发作的胆管炎为临床表现.临床常呈多发性,广泛累及胆管系统,极易复发,组织学上为良性病变,但恶变率高.现通过查询回顾胆管乳头状瘤病相关文献,总结其发病机制,临床表现,诊断及治疗方面的特点.Biliary papillomatosis is a rare disease that occurs more commonly in elderly males. The usual presentation of this disease is obstructive jaundice or recurrent cholangitis. Characterized by multiple papillary adenomas involving extensive areas of the biliary tree, biliary papillomatosis has a high recurrence rate and a significant risk of malignant transformation. Here, we will review the pathogenesis, clinical features, diagnosis and therapy of biliary papillmatosis.
