摘 要:目的评价术中超声在神经显微外科切除颅内小病灶中的应用价值。方法对52例不同病种的颅内小病灶进行术中超声检查。开颅后,探头经无菌处理后置于脑表面,术中采用高频超声探头观察病灶的位置、大小及特点,病灶与周围组织的关系并实时引导手术切除。结果所有病灶均在超声引导下准确定位,切除肿瘤;颅内不同病理的小病灶有不同的超声特点。结论术中超声可对颅内小病灶准确定位,有助于病变的完全切除,减少了手术损伤,缩短了手术时间,具有较好的临床应用前景。Objective To evaluate the application value of intraoperative uhrasonography in microneurosurgical small intracranial lesions resection. Methods Fifty - two patients with different small intracranial lesion were examined by intraoperarive ultrasound. The ultrasonic probe was sterilized and placed on the surface of the brain in the operation. The location,size,extent, character and adjacent tissue of the lesion were observed by high - frequency ultrasound during the operation. Results Under intraoperative uhrasonography, all the lesions can be located and resected accurately. The different pathologic lesions has different ultrasonic features. Conclusion Intraoperative uhrasonography can locate small intracranial lesions accurately, it can help to totally resect lesion, reduce the surgical damage effectively, shorten the operation time, and it has better perspective in clinical application.
