摘　　要：分析了带式输送机张紧装置的主要功能,并在深入研究长距离下运机头驱动带式输送机工作原理的基础上,讨论了其启动和正常运行以及制动过程中的动态自动张紧;同时分析了液压绞车自动张紧装置的工作原理和安装应用。该液压绞车自动张紧装置具有张紧行程调整范围大、张紧力控制精确、张紧速度平稳可调等优点,适合于对长距离带式输送机的自动张紧。The paper analyzed the main functions of the tension device for the belt conveyor. Based on the detail study on the working principles of the long distance downward driving belt conveyor, the paper discussed the dynamic automatic tension in the starting and normal operation as well as the braking process and also analyzed the working principle and installation application of the automatic tension device for the hydraulic winch. The automatic tension device of the hydraulic winch has the advantages, such as the large tension stroke adjustment scope, accurately controlled tension and tension speed stably adjusted. The automatic tension device could be suitable for the auto tension of the long distance belt conveyor.
