摘　　要：一个99%德方投资控股的企业集团,达到100%本土员工和100%本土管理。令世界惊奇的是:在东方和西方的文化意识之间,这只凤凰取得了和谐的平衡,成为一个国际企业在中国健康成长的典型样本、中外合作的典范,并奠定了可持续发展的坚实基础。这一切,不仅仅是数字的变化,也是一个自强不息、持续创新的商业传奇。A corporate group with 99 % of the shares invested and held by a German Company featured 100% local workforce and 100% local management. To the world＇s surprise and in spite of the Eastern and Western cultural differences, this phoenix has achieved a harmonious balance and has become a typical case as an international company growing healthily in China. It is regarded as a model of Chinese-foreign cooperation. It has laid the solid foundation for sustainable development. All these are not just a change of numbers but also a business legend with unceasing striving and continuous innovation.
