Effect of Magnetized Water Treatment on Extracellular Enzyme Activities and Nutritive Value of Pleurotus eryngii

摘  要:在杏鲍菇栽培过程中采用7种不同磁处理水拌料、喷浇,在菌丝长至半袋、菌丝满袋、原基、幼菇、子实体成熟这5个阶段取样,对7个处理的杏鲍菇胞外酶活性和子实体营养组分进行测定。结果表明应用磁感应强度0.1T磁处理水处理1次效果最好,其次为0.25T处理1次;其中纤维素酶活性分别比自来水对照提高47.81%和40.94%;半纤维酶活性分别比对照提高42.08%和46.72%;淀粉酶活性分别比对照提高32.50%和25.50%;漆酶活性分别比对照提高85.63%和80.46%;产量分别比自来水对照提高9.66%和7.73%。Magnetized water was used to mix and cultivate the materials of Pleurotus eryngii under seven different treatments with the samples collected in five different growth stages (mycelia colonizing the half culture bag, mycelia colonizing the whole culture bag, anlage, young mushroom, and fruiting body) as research objects. The extracellular enzyme activities and nutrient components of the fruiting body of P. eryngii were determined. Results showed that the treatment with water magnetizing of 0.1T once had the most obvious effect, and then followed by 0.25T once. Compared with the control, the cellulase activity of the above-mentioned two treatments increased by 47.81 percent and 40.94 percent, the hemicellulase activity by 42.08 percent and 46.72 percent, the amylase activity by 32.50 percent and 25.50 percent, the laccase activity by 85.63 percent and 80.46 percent, and the output increased by 9.66 percent and 7.73 percent, respectively.
