摘  要:目的:研究氦氖激光和半导体激光对黑色素肿瘤的抑制效果。方法:用B16BL6细胞接种在昆明小白鼠的小腿上作为实验模型,分别用波长为632.8nm的氦氖激光和波长为650nm的半导体激光进行照射,观察它们对小鼠黑色素肿瘤的抑制情况。结果:氦氖激光照射有58%的瘤体消退了;半导体激光照射100%死亡。结论:波长等于632.8nm左右的氦氖激光对黑色素瘤有抑制作用;波长为650nm的半导体激光对黑色素肿瘤不起作用。Objective: To study the effect on the malignant melanoma by low intensity helium- neon laser and the semiconductor laser . Method: Takes the experimental model with the B16BL6 cell vaccination on the Kunming white mouse's calf, respectively using the wave length of the 632.8nm helium neon laser and the wave length of the 650nm semiconductor laser carries on the irradiation, observes them to suppress the situation to the mouse melanin tumor. Results : The helium neon laser show 58 % focus subsidized, Semiconductor laser show 100% white mouse deaths. Conclusion: The laser which the wave length was equal to 632.8nm has the inhibitory action to the melanin lump; The wave length of the 650nm semiconductor laser does not have an effect to the melanin tumor.
