摘 要:支井河大桥为主跨430 m的上承式钢管混凝土拱桥,拱圈填充C50微膨胀混凝土,采用泵送施工。根据钢管微膨胀混凝土配合比的原理及设计思路,通过对不同水灰比、含砂率以及不同用量粉煤灰、膨胀剂的配合比试验研究,得出符合工程需要的施工配合比。工程应用表明,钢管内混凝土自密性稳定,混凝土与钢管接触较好,混凝土强度满足要求。Zhijing River Bridge is a concrete-filled steel tube deck arch bridge with a main span 430 m and the arch rings of the Bridge were filled with the C50 micro-expansion concrete by pumping. In accordance with the principle and design considerations of the micro-expansion concrete used in the steel tubes, the concrete mix proportioning with different water/cement ratios, sand content, different usage amounts of fly ash and expansion agent was tested and studied and the mix proportioning applicable to the construction of the Bridge was obtained. The application of the mix proportioning in the construction shows that the self-density performance of the concrete in the steel tubes is stable, the concrete has good contact with the steel tubes and the concrete strength satisfies the requirements.
