摘 要:通过对制药厂空调系统运行工况的分析,就原有空调拖动系统中存在的能耗高的缺陷,提出相应的改造方案。以变频控制技术为基础,采用模糊控制算法,构建了新的空调控制系统,解决了原空调系统中电机功率消耗与空调负荷变化不相适应的问题。实现了对原有空调系统的节能改造,达到了降低能耗、提高经济效益的目的。Through to the pharmaceutical manufacturing plant air-conditioning system movement operating mode analysis, corresponding transformation plan is proposed to solve the problem that the high energy flaw consumption in the original air conditioning dragging system. Take the frequency conversion control technology as the foundation; use the fuzzy control algorithm, the new air conditioning control system has been constructed. It solves the problem that in the original air-conditionlng system the electrical machinery power dissipation and the air conditioning load change does not adapt. It realizes the original air-conditioning system energy conservation transformation and achieves the goal of reducing energy consumption, increasing economic efficiency.
