摘　　要：目的:探讨抑郁症自杀未遂患者外周血中CD4+CD25+调节性T(Tr)细胞、白细胞介素2(IL-2)及IL-6水平与自杀行为间的关系。方法:患者组为44例抑郁症自杀未遂患者,对照组为30名健康正常者。患者组用选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂或文拉法辛治疗。治疗前后检测CD4+CD25+Tr、IL-2及IL-6。采用自杀未遂调查表评定两组严重程度。结果:患者组治疗前外周血中CD4+CD25+Tr、IL-2及IL-6均显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。患者组治疗后外周血中CD4+CD25+Tr、IL-2显著降低(P<0.01),IL-6变化不明显。两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。患者病情严重程度与血中CD4+CD25+Tr、IL-2、IL-6水平均无显著相关。结论:抑郁症自杀未遂患者处于免疫紊乱状态,CD4+CD25+Tr、IL-2、IL-6与自杀行为间存在一定的关系。Objective： To explore the relationship between the level of CD4^＋CD25^＋ regulatory T cells （Tr）, interleukin-2 （IL-2）, interleukin-6 （IL-6） in the peripheral blood and suicidal behavior in attempted suicidal patients suffered from depression. Method ：44 cases of depression with attempted suicide were recruited as the patient group and 30 normal people as the control group. The CD4^＋CD25^＋ Tr cells were analyzed by the flow eytometry and the concentration of IL-2 and IL-6 were detected by ELISA. Results： Compared with the control group, CD4^＋CD25^＋ Tr in the peripheral blood of the patient group were significantly higher （ P 〈0.01 ） ,and the concentration of IL-2 and IL-6 in plasma were also significantly higher before therapy （P 〈 0.05 ）. The patient group showed slight decrease in the CD4^＋CD25^＋Tr and IL-2 after therapy, but the difference between the two groups was not significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The concentration of IL-6 did not change significantly after therapy （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The depressive severity of the patient was not significantly correlated with the levels of CD4^＋CD25^＋ Tr, IL-2 and IL-6. Conclusion： The immune status of patients with depression with attempted suicide was disturbed. Suicidal behavior may be related to the CD4^＋CD25^＋ Tr cells and the levels of IL-2 and IL-6.
