摘　　要：目的:了解江西省乡镇卫生院的卫生人力资源现状,为卫生行政部门制定区域卫生规划、合理配置卫生资源、卫生事业的科学决策提供科学依据。方法:采用普查方法对2007年江西省所有乡镇卫生院进行调查。结果:乡镇卫生人员数匮乏,专业结构分布不均,整体素质有待提高。Objective To know the status quo of human health resources in township hospitals of Jiangxi province so as to provide a scientific basis for health authorities to develop regional health planning,rationally distribute health resources, and make right decisions. Methods Census was adopted in 2007 in Jiangxi province to investigate all township hospitals. Results andConclusion There is a lack of township health workers and uneven distribution of professional structure. Overall quality of health personnel is to be improved.
