心理干预对宫颈癌患者情绪障碍的影响

摘　　要：目的了解宫颈癌患者的心理状态,探讨心理干预对宫颈癌患者情绪障碍的影响。方法对60例宫颈癌患者应用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表,在心理干预前后对其心理状态进行调查。结果心理干预前患者有明显的焦虑、抑郁情绪;心理干预后的患者焦虑、抑郁情绪明显改善(P<0.05),60例患者均治疗顺利。结论心理干预可有效减轻宫颈癌患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高了患者治疗效果和生存质量。Objective To know the psychological state of the patients with cervical cancer, and research the psycholog- ical intervention to improve the affection disorder of patients with cervical cancer. Methods Let 60 patients use self-rating anx- iety scale and self-rating depression scale to prosecute an inquiry their psychological state before and after the psychological inter- vention. Results It showed that the patients are obviously anxious and depressive before. After psychological intervention, their mood are improved obviously（P〈0. 05）. And the 60 patients are effected a cure. Conclusion Psychological intervention ca- nallay the anxiety and depression of patients efficiently and improve the achieving a therapeutic effect and the quality of life of the patients.
