摘　　要：教育教学改革必须要从分析当前人才培养规格存在的主要问题入手，以重构人才培养规格，优化人才培养方案为切入点，研究解决教育教学改革中的重点和难点问题，减少改革的盲目性，有效推进教育教学改革。Teaching reform should be based on the main problems in the scale of fostering the talents so as to reconstruct it and better its program, study the emphasis and difficulties, reduce the blindness and effectively push forward the teaching reform.
