摘　　要：肺淋巴管癌病是一种特殊的转移性肺癌，其临床表现不典型，确诊依赖组织病理学，极易造成误诊及漏诊。本文将对肺淋巴管癌病诊治进展作一综述。Pulmonary lymphangitic carcinomatosis is a particular kind of metastasis lung cancer, having untypical clinical characteristics. The diagnosis of pulmonary lymphangitic carcinomatosis depends on histological pathology,which easily results in misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. This review emphasizes the advance in the diagnosis and treatment of PLC.
