乳腺癌患者T细胞亚群与Ag-NORs定量分析的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌患者的免疫功能变化及临床意义。方法:采用单克隆抗体直接免疫荧光染色法及KI一型肿瘤免疫图像分析仪,对131例乳腺癌患者和37例正常对照组分别测定其外周血T细胞亚群、核仁银染区面积/细胞核面积比值(I.S%)。结果:乳腺癌患者CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8比值,I.S%值比对照组明显降低(P<0.01);而CD20、CD8比对照组明显升高。结论:乳腺癌患者免疫功能低下;联合检测T细胞亚群与Ag-NORs可较全面反映乳腺癌患者的免疫功能状态。对了解病情、指导治疗有一定的作用。亦可用T淋巴细胞核仁区嗜银蛋白含量测定替代昂贵的T淋巴细胞亚群检测来评价乳腺癌患者的免疫功能状态。Objective：To investigate the immunologic dysfunction and clinical significance in patients with breast cancer.Methods：To use the fluorophotometric firect measurement method and the ordinary silver staining technology to separately measures its T cell subgroup and Ag-NORs in 131 example patients with breast cancer and 37 normal control groups.Results：In patients with breast cancer and 37 normal control groups：CD3,CD4,The CD4/CD8 ratio,Ag-NORs in patients with breast cancer were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.01）;But CD20,CD8 were significantly higher than those in the cortrol group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Patients with breast cancer：immunologic function is low;To examine the T cell subgroup and Ag-NORs may understand the patients with breast cancer immunologic function state.There is usable in finding out and guidance treatment.Also the content measurement of available Ag-NORs substituted the expensive T lymphocyte subgroup examination evaluates the immunologicfunction state of patients with breast cancer.
