摘　　要：实现全面建设小康社会是中国经济社会发展的既定战略目标,其终极目的是提高全民的生存价值。环境是人类赖以生存的基本条件,在社会经济和人类文明日益发展与提高的今天,人居环境的优劣受到普遍关注。人类希望在绿色环境中生活,向往人与自然、人与社会的高度和谐,因此,加强对全社会的环境意识教育,势在必行。Environment is the basic condition of the basic condition of man＇ s living. Today, with the increasingly development of society economy and man ＇s civilization, man ＇s living environmental conditions are paid a good deal of attention to. Man hopes to live in green Environment, and looks forward to perfect harmony between man and nature as well as between man and society. So it is imperative for every one of us to strengthen the environmental ideas in education in the whole society.
