摘 要:Fas/FasL系统是重要的细胞凋亡信号转导系统。FasL诱导Fas阳性细胞凋亡及其机制已得到众多研究的肯定。近年来的研究发现,中枢神经系统缺血、变性、感染等多种疾病的免疫炎症病理过程中均伴有FasL和Fas水平的增高,同时诱导一些细胞因子的释放,提示Fas/FasL在中枢神经系统免疫炎症的调节中起着重要作用,且此作用不依赖于细胞凋亡途径。文章对其在中枢神经系统免疫炎症方面的研究进展做了综述。Fas/FasL system is recognized as an important apoptotic signal transduction system. Fas ligand (FasL) induces apoptosis of Fas-positive cell and its mechanism has been confirmed by a large number of studies. Recent studies have found that many diseases in the central nervous system (CNS), such as ischemia, degeneration, infection in the pathological process of immune inflammation all accompanied by the increased FasL and Fas levels, and at the same time, they also induce the release of some cytoldnes, indicating that Fas/FasL plays an important role in the regulation of immune/inflammation response in the CNS, and such role does not depend on the apoptotic pathway, This article reviews its progress in research on the inflammatory response in the CNS.
