经尿道选择性绿激光汽化术治疗输尿管囊肿15例

摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道选择性绿激光汽化术治疗输尿管囊肿的价值。方法2004年1月—2008年5月,我院共收治15例输尿管囊肿,术前均行B超、IVU和尿道膀胱镜检查,所有患者均采用经尿道选择性绿激光汽化术治疗。结果15例患者均一次手术成功,随访6～48个月,平均24个月,临床症状消失;术后3个月复查B超,13例患者肾盂积水消失,2例重度肾盂积水患者积水明显减轻;复查IVU,所有患者均未发现反流。结论经尿道选择性绿激光汽化术是一种治疗输尿管囊肿安全、简单、有效的微创手术方法。Objective To explore the value of the treatment of ureterocele with transurethral photoselective green laser vaporization.Methods During the period from Jan.2004 to May.2008,fifteen patients diagnosed as ureterocele underwent transurethral photoselective green laser vaporization treatment in our hospital.Ultrasonography,IVU and cystoscopy were done in all cases before operation.Results The operation in all cases was successfully completed in one time.a follow-up lasted from 6 to 48 months（average time is 24 monthes） showed patients＇ symptoms totally disappeared.Ultrasonography reinspection 3 months after operation show there are 13 cases whose hydronephrosis disappeared,2 case whose severe hydronephrosis relieved.IVU reinspection showed that reflux existed in none of these cases.Conclusion Transurethral photoselective green laser vaporization is a safe,simple,effective,minimally invasive surgery method for the treatment of ureterocele.
