摘 要:文章提出了一种VRLA蓄电池在线监测系统的设计方案,介绍了该系统的硬件及软件设计。该系统可以实时监测VRLA蓄电池的电压、电流、温度等参数,从而可了解VRLA蓄电池的充放电状态,估算剩余电量,避免VRLA蓄电池因过充、过放而影响寿命;能够通过上位机软件定期对VRLA蓄电池组放电,解决了长期浮充电造成VRLA蓄电池过早失效的问题。The paper put forward a design scheme of on-line monitoring system of VRLA batteriy and introduced hardware and software design of the system.The system can monitor parameters of voltage,current,and temperature of VRLA battery in realtime,so as to know the status of charging and discharging of VRLA battery,estimate the residual capacity,and avoid influencing life of VRLA battery due to over charging and over discharging.The system can discharge to a group of VRLA batteries through the software of upper comuter regularly and it resolves the problem of premature failure of VRLA battery due to long-term floating charging.
