摘　　要：针对重庆市短途区间客船的安全隐患及其相关需求,为保障沿河两岸群众的安全出行、巩固水上交通安全形势;讨论了重庆市短途区间客船的现状,含区域分布特征、航区特征、船龄特征等;分析了短途区间客船的安全隐患及其对策,涉及稳性、结构强度、操纵性及GPS系统;提出了短途区间客船安全性技术改造的目标、原则、措施、范围与计划;并对短途区间客船的安全性改造提出了建议。Aiming at the potential danger and corresponding requirements of the shuttle passenger ship in Chongqing, the status in quo of the shuttle passenger ship is discussed,including the characteristics of regional distribution, sea area and age of vessel, in order to ensure traffic safety of the people along banks and to reinforce the traffic safety on waterway. Also, the potential danger and its countermeasures of the shuttle passenger ship are analyzed, involving the stability, structural strength, maneuverability and GPS system ; furthermore, the goal, the principle, the measures, the scale and the plan of the technical improvement of the safety of shuttle passenger ship are appointed ; finally, the suggestion of improving the safety of shuttle passenger ship is proposed.
