摘　　要：利用多人合作对策模型解决铁路运输企业间收益（利润）的合理分配。在特征函数的基础上，根据铁路运作生产的特点，引入势指标的概念以反映不同联盟的“势力”。以“综合势力”作为收益（利润）分配的依据，体现铁路运输企业间收益分配的公平合理性。By employing the theory of cooperative games, a mathematical model is proposed for rational apportionment of returns among railway transportation enterprises. To reflect the power of different alliances a characteristic function and a power index are introduced. Then the income is allotted according to the synthetical power index, with an effort to represent reasonableness and equitableness.
