摘 要:随着消费者对食品消费要求的不断提高和不安全食品危害事件的频繁发生,食品质量安全管理已日益受到政府、产业界和学术界的关注。由于食品安全管理涉及到多方面、多环节、多层次和多领域的问题,加之我国食品安全监管研究起步较晚,加强这方面问题的研究就显得尤为紧迫。本研究结合国外食品安全监管模式的经验,总结我国食品安全监管的实际情况,探讨在加强监管的过程中应注意的问题,并提出相应的对策,以期为尽快构建我国食品安全管理体系提供借鉴。With the growing demand for food quality and the more frequency of unsafe food, more attention has been put into the management of food quality among the government, industrial community and the academic level. Since food management concerns about problems at different levels and areas, together with the later start of food safety research in China, it was urged to strengthen such studies in the area. This paper summarized the current situation about Chinese food safety supervision combined with foreign experiments, so as to probe into the problems and find relevant solutions in Chinese food safety supervision practice.
