摘 要:为提高无刷直流变频空调工作效率,设计了以高速数字信号控制器dsPIC30F6010为核心的室外机控制与驱动系统,并针对集中绕组稀土永磁无刷直流电动机在正弦波和方波电流驱动下的电磁转矩脉动系数进行了对比。实现了SVPWM控制策略,通过实验比较了在方波驱动和SVPWM驱动下电机的转速与电流。实验结果证明,SVPWM驱动下电机效率高,转矩脉动小。In order to improve work efficiency of brushless DC inverter air-conditioner, the outdoor control and drive system based on high speed digital signal controller dsPIC30F6010 was designed. The torque ripple of rare earth permanent magnet brushless DC motor with concentrated coils driven by SVPWM was compared with that driven by PWM. The SVPWM control strategy was realized. By experiment, the rotating speed and bus current which were driven by SVPWM and PWM were compared. The experimental results show the motor has high efficiency and low torque ripple when driven by SVPWM.
