摘　　要：提出了一种利用文本检索技术进行基于内容的图像检索的新方法。将每个图像的所有特征以变长列表的方式存储为特征文件,然后使用倒排文档来对特征文件进行索引。在查询时,系统计算出目标图像中含有的每种特征的词频,然后利用这些词频为图像库中的每个含有相同特征的图像计算权重,从而检索出相关图像。A new approach that uses classical text retrieval themes for CBIR is proposed. This paper presents a new method to represent image features and compare images. Features of each image are stored as varying length of lists in files. First, term frequency of each feature is computed by counting the instances of them in the query images, Then, feature term frequencies are used to rank images in database by some weighting schemes.
