摘 要:将PML二维图像复原算法进行了三维拓展,应用于三维显微图像复原,并在VC 6.0中实现了该算法。使用该三维拓展算法对退化图像进行复原,仿真实验结果表明,图像散焦信息的干扰得到有效的排除,信噪比得到明显的改善,频谱均值提高,频谱相关性较好,该算法有较强的超分辨率复原能力。PML restoration algorithm of two-dimensional image is developed to three-dimensional space, and that is realized with VC 6.0 in this paper. The degenerated microscope image is restored with the developed three-dimensional algorithm. Experimental results demonstrate that the out-of-focus disturbance in the microscope images is removed effectively, ISNR and E of the restored images is improved obviously and the frequency relativity between the restored image and the degenerated image is preferable under super resolution meaning.
