磨牙纵裂带环固定后根管治疗全冠修复的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨磨牙纵裂的治疗与修复。方法100例纵裂磨牙采用先对患牙初步清理复位带环固定根管治疗后全冠修复保存患牙。结果治疗后随访2年,成功74例(74%),好转17例(17%),失败9例(9%)。结论磨牙纵裂采用带环固定根管治疗后全冠修复较好地解决了该类患牙的再创伤、渗漏和再感染问题,操作简便。Objactive To evaluate the clinical effect of preserving the molars with complete vertical fracture. Methods 100 molars with vertical fracture were cleaned and fixed by metallic ring. Then root canal treatment （ RCT ） were completed. Finally, the fractured molars were preserved by metallic crown. Results After 2 years follow-up , the results showed that 74 cases were cured（ 74% ） , 17 cases were improved （ 17% ） and 9 cases were failed. Conclusions Root canal fixation with metallic crown is effective for the vertical fractured molars.
