医学及医生人文精神的缺失与重拾初探

摘　　要：医疗卫生行业由于受到市场化导向、炫耀性医疗、菜单式服务、技术崇拜的影响和教育体制的制约,导致当今医患矛盾突出,医学技术丰满,医学人文缺失;医生只重技术,缺少关爱。实行人文化服务,要求医生必须认真做好诊疗过程的每个环节,面对技术不是万能的客观事实,加强医生的自身修养,从而使医患之间充满和谐、温暖和信任。Owing to the market-oriented guiding tendency, the showy medical and menu-driven services,impact of technical worship and the constrains of educational system lead to the obvious contradiction between the patients and doc- tors and over-development of medical technology but loss of medical humanism. Doctors only pay attention to technology but are short of care. Doctors are required to treat every aspect of the clinic process. In the face of the fact that technology is not omnipotent,to strengthen the doctors＇ self-cultivation is necessary in order to make the relationship between doetors and patients full of harmony, warmth and trust.
