摘  要:[目的]探讨在真人静脉输液实验课中心理干预对护生静脉穿刺成功率的影响。[方法]采取整群抽样原则,选取58名本科护生,随机分为两组,观察组30人,对照组28人,对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组在操作前、中、后对护生进行心理干预。比较两组护生静脉穿刺成功率。[结果]观察组静脉穿刺成功率为86.67%,对照组为60.71%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]通过心理干预可以提高护生静脉穿刺成功率。Objective: To probe into the influence of psychological intervention on puncturing achievement ratio of student nurses for patients accepting intravenous infusion in experiment class. Method. By cluster sampling,a total of 58 college student nurses were selected and randomly divided into test group (30 nurses) and control group (28 nurses). Student nurses in control group were adopted traditional way of teaching. Student nurses of test group were given psychological intervention before, during, and after the manipulation of puncturing. The puncturing achievement ratio of student nurses between the two groups was compared. Results.. The puncturing achievement ratio of student nurses in test group was 86.67% and 60.71% in control group. There was statistical significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Psychological intervention may enhance the puncturing achievement ratio of student nurses for patients accepting intravenous infusion.
