摘 要:以35#润滑油、空气和自来水为实验介质,应用高速摄像机对垂直上升管内的油-气-水三相流的6种典型流型进行了动态图像的拍摄。提取每一帧图像的灰度均值组成时间序列,对其进行混沌特性分析,包括延迟时间的求取、吸引子与HURST指数的分析。结果表明,垂直上升管中油-气-水三相流的动态图像灰度波动信号具有混沌特征,能够用来表征油-气-水三相流的典型流型。With 35^# lubricant, air and water for the test medium, the high-speed camera was used to get the dynamic images of the six typical oil-gas-water three-phase flows in the vertical upward pipe. The mean gray of each image was extracted to compose the time series, then its chaos were analyzed, including to capture the delay time strike and to analyze the attractor and the index of HURST. The test results showed that the dynamic gray-scale image signal fluctuations of oil-gas-water three-phase flow in the vertical upward pipe was of chaos characteristics, which could be well used to characterize the three-phase flow type of a flow.
