摘  要:目的探讨颅脑海绵状血管瘤的磁敏感加权成像(SWI)的临床诊断价值及其影像特征。方法经临床和MRI确诊的颅内海绵状血管瘤33例,男19例,女14例,年龄范围8~75岁,平均42岁。所有病例均行SET1 WI、TSET2wI和SWI检查,部分病例行MRI增强扫描(13例)。对照分析所有病灶的T1 WI、T2WI以及SWI的影像,并着重SWI影像特征分析。结果SWI共发现病灶232个,T2WI发现病灶35个,T2WI发现病灶39个,SWI发现病灶敏感性明显优于T2wI和T2 WI(P<0.05)。海绵状血管瘤在SWI上呈现出“铁环征”、“蝌蚪征”以及“爆米花征”。结论SWI对颅脑海绵状血管瘤的检出与数目的评价具有明显优势,其特征性表现对该病的诊断进一步增加了准确性。Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value and imaging features of susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI) in the diagnosis of cerebral cavernous hemangiomas (CCH). Methods 33 patients with CCH ( 19 men, 14 women, age ranged 8~ 75 year,average age 42 years) underwent MRI examinations, including SE T1WI, TSE T2WI and WI. Different findings of CCH on T1WI,T2 WI and SWI were analysed comparatively with emphasi〕 on SWI features. Results 232,35 and 39 lesions were showed by SWI T1 WI and T2 WI respectively. SWI was significantly superior to T1WI and T2 WI in detecting CCH. The characteristic findings of CCH in SWI included "hoop sign" , "tadpole sign" and "popcorn sign". Conclusion SWI is highly sensitive in diagnosis of CCH, especially for the multiple CCH,it provides an additional way to accurately diagnose CCH.
