摘　　要：目的探讨螺旋CT对皮肤隆突性纤维肉瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的12例皮肤隆突性纤维肉瘤患者的16层螺旋CT平扫及增强图像。结果12例病灶发生于胸壁5例，肩部3例，腰部2例，上臂及颅顶部各1例。均为皮下脂肪层内的软组织肿块，明显突出于体表，呈类圆形或椭圆形，边缘清晰，密度均匀，增强后明显强化。结论螺旋CT增强扫描对皮肤隆突性纤维肉瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要价值。Objective To discuss multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans in skin. Methods Plain CT and contrast-enhanced CT features of the dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans in 12 cases confirmed by operation and pathology were reviewed, retrospectively. Results Of the 12 cases , the lesions localized in the chest wall in 5, the shoulder in 3,the waist in 2,the upper arm in 1 and the calotte in 1. All of them were soft tissue massess in subcutaneous fat layer and clearly prominent in the body surface. The lesions were round or round-like with definitive margins and homogeneous density, the lesions had remarkably enhancement post-contrast images. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT has important value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans in skin.
