摘　　要：目的探讨不可触及乳腺癌的全数字X线征象特征。方法回顾性分析经手术、病理证实的不可触及乳腺癌60例。所用仪器为全数字化平板乳腺X线机，采用工作站屏幕阅读方式。结果X线征象为单纯钙化24例，结节21例，致密影9例，结构紊乱6例，其中除单纯钙化外，其它征象伴有钙化者12例。结论全数字X线摄影对不可触及乳腺癌的诊断具有重要意义。Objective To discuss the features of full-digital mammography of nonpalpable breast cancer. Methods 60 cases of nonpalpable breast cancer with pathologically proved were retrospectively analyzed. All cases were examined by full-digital mammography. The X-ray diagnosis was done by screen reading of workstation. Results The lesions appeared as simply microcalcifications in 24 cases, nodes in 21 cases,local dense shadows in 9 and distortion of breast structure in 6 cases. Microcaleifications as associated sign were found in 12 cases. Conclusion Full-digital mammography is of significant value in detecting nonpalpable breast cancer.
