双轴货车安装惯性比例阀合理性分析

摘　　要：依据制动力分配理论,求出在空载和满载不同使用频率下理想的前后轮制动器制动力分配曲线,结合实例在货车上加装惯性比例阀,通过计算得知加装后无论是空载还是满载都不能很好地改善车辆的制动性能。According to braking-force distribution theory, the ideal brake force balance ratio is obtained under different working frequencies which correspond with the conditions that the vehicle is fully loaded or empty. Taking a truck as a example,inertia proportion valve is installed on the truck. Whether it is in fully loaded or empty, braking property of this truck is not better after installing inertia proportion valve by calculation.
