摘  要:分析了水稻-稻瘟病菌的非亲和互作及亲和互作中膜脂过氧化的发生,抗坏血酸、谷胱甘肽等抗氧化物质含量及抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性的变化及其差异.结果表明:受稻瘟病菌侵染后水稻叶片组织中丙二醛的含量明显升高,说明有膜脂过氧化的发生,在非亲和互作中的发生比亲和互作的早,且强度大.抗坏血酸含量在两类互作中均下降,至后期亲和互作中的降幅明显大于非亲和互作.抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性在两类互作中均升高,但亲和互作的后期该酶活性增幅较大.还原型谷胱甘肽的含量在非亲和互作中初期增加,而亲和互作中初期下降,后期增加;氧化型谷胱甘肽的含量在两类互作中变化趋势则相反.The lipid peroxidation, the antioxidants, including ascorbic acid (AsA) and glutathione (GSH), and the activities of ascorbic acid peroxidase (AsAPOD) were assessed in both compatible and incompatible interactions of rice to Magnaporthe grisea. Malondialdehyde level in rice leaves increased markedly after inoculation by M. grisea, indicating the occurrence of lipid peroxidation. The rate of lipid peroxidation in the incompatible interaction was elevated progressively during the first three days after inoculation, whereas lipid peroxidation in the compatible interaction 2 days later with lower increase rate than that in the incompatible one. The activities of AsAPOD in the leaves increased during 1 to 5 days after the inoculation, but the increasing in the compatible interaction is much higher than that in the incompatible one. The content of reduced GSH in the incompatible interaction increased during the first three days, whereas the content in the compatible interaction was reduced during the first two days and increased thereafter. In contrast to the change of GSH, the content of oxidative glutathione in the incompatible interaction was decreased and the content in the compatible interaction was increased only during the first day after inoculation. The presented results suggested that the ascorbateglutathione cycle, which is composed of ascorbate, glutathione, ascorbate peroxidase and other components, may be involved in the lipid peroxidation in the riceM. grisea interaction.
