摘　　要：泽兰（Ｌｙｃｏｐｕｓｌｕｃｉｄｕｓ）是一种食用根茎野菜资源，其食用部分含有８种人体必需氨基酸和维生素Ｃ、Ｂ１和Ｂ２；其无机元素Ｆｅ、Ｚｎ和Ｍｎ的含量较高，含量分别为１７１９４，１１２９和２７９ｍｇ／１００ｇ，均高于桔梗（Ｐｌａｔｙｃｏｄｏｎｇｒａｎｄｉｆｌｏｒｕｍ）；其重金属Ｐｂ、Ｃｄ、Ｈｇ及有害离子Ａｓ等含量极微，均低于国家食品卫生标准，其分布广泛，具有良好的开发价值。Lycopus lucidus is a rhizome eated wild herb resource. Its rated part contains 8 kinds of amino acid necessary to body and vitamin C,vitamin B 1 and vitamin B 2; The content of inorganic elememts, Fe, Zn and Mn is higher than Platycodon grandiflorum , accounting for 171 94, 11 29 and 2 97 mg/100g respectively; The content of heavy metals Pb, Cd, Hg and As is lower than China′s criterion of food health.
