Terbutaline对肉仔鸡胴体组成及体内物质代谢的影响

摘　　要：用４２日龄商品代艾维因（Ａｖｉａｎ）肉仔鸡１８０只，随机分为３组，分别向日粮中添加０，０５，１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ的Ｔｅｒｂｕｔａｌｉｎｅ（特布他林），至５６日龄时进行屠宰，并进行血液生化指标测定及肌肉营养成分测定。结果表明，Ｔｅｂｕｔａｌｉｎｅ提高了肉鸡的屠宰率、胸肌率和腿肌率，降低了腹脂率（Ｐ＜００５），并使肌肉中蛋白质成分增高（Ｐ＜００５），肌肉中水分及蛋白质含量无显著变化；血清尿酸氮含量显著降低（Ｐ＜００１），甘油三酯含量下降，游离脂肪酸、胆固醇、转氨酶、总蛋白含量均增加（Ｐ＜００５），葡萄糖含量无显著变化。The research results showed that administering terbutaline increased the dressing percentage, the breast muscle the hindquater muscle, decreased the abdomino fat (P<0.05). It also made the protein in muscle increased (P<0.05), but it was no significant differences in moisture and fat in muscle. It altered nutrient metabolism in broilers. It made serum uricum N decreased significantly (P<0.01), and Triglycerides decreased. but FFA, cholesterol, GPT and total protein increased (P<0.05).
