摘　　要：文章认为应当转变教育理念,更新教学观念,改进教学方式方法,将沟通式教学应用于西医院校中医教育当中,加强师生的沟通与交流,继续深化教育改革,以保持西医院校的中医教育的持续发展。With the deepening of educational reform activities, we advocate the effective education, but the effective education must from the beginning of the effective communication. The education foundation and basic lies in the communication, it has become an important topic of the present education research. For building harmonious teaching atmosphere, maintaining the education of traditional Chinese medicine in the colleges and universities of western medicine. we must change the education idea and renewal teaching concepts, to improve the teaching patterns and methods, put the communication teaching in the education of traditional Chinese medicine in the colleges and universities of western medicine, to strengthen teachers and students communication and exchange, continues to deepen the educational reform.
