江西农户庭院经济资源潜力研究——(Ⅱ)农户庭院经营门类潜力研究

摘　　要：通过对江西２０５６户农户调查研究，农户庭院无果树户占１３．７６％，有１～２株的户占７２．６２％，有３株以上的户占１３．５７％；庭院未种任何蔬菜的户占２２．４７％，种１～２０ｍ２的户占７３．５９％，种有２０ｍ２以上的户占１．５１％；有食用菌生产的户只有３．５５％；养猪率出栏肉猪户平１．９６头，人平０．３９头；鸡、鸭人平３．０３羽；有加工业的户占１０．０２％；有服务业的户占１１．７２％，说明潜力很大。Through calculation the authors conclude:in farmers' courtyard,13.76% of the households have no fruit trees,72.62% of the households have one～two fruit trees,13.57% have over three fruit trees;22.47% do not plant any vegetables,73.59% use 1～20m2 for vegetables,1.51% have edible fungi;in average,each person has 0.39 pig and 3.03 chickens and 3.03 ducks;10.02% of the households have processing industry;11.72% have service trades.All of the above means that courtyard economy is of great potentialities.
