摘　　要：根据广义第二类Stirling数的定义,得到一个有关第二类Stirling数S3(n,n-tk)的公式。In this paper, according to a generalized definition of the Stifling numbers of the second kind, we obtain a formula of S3 （ n, n - tk） of the generalized Stifling numbers of the second kind.
