摘 要:目的:观察豫医无毛小鼠(YYHL)眼睑皮肤的超微结构。方法:以1个月龄YYHL及正常昆明小鼠(各3只)眼睑为标本,采用扫描电镜技术分析眼睑超微结构。以刚出生、12d龄、1个月龄的YYHL及昆明小鼠(各3只)眼睑皮肤为标本,采用透射电镜技术观察眼睑皮肤毛囊细胞。结果:扫描电镜观察发现,YYHL眼睑松弛变厚且边缘不规则,睑板腺被碎屑堵塞。透射电镜观察发现,刚出生的YYHL与昆明小鼠眼睑皮肤毛囊细胞无明显差别;12d龄YYHL眼睑皮肤毛囊细胞核凹陷,染色质聚集于核膜下呈不规则分布;1个月龄YYHL眼睑毛囊细胞内出现由染色质形成的新月形凋亡小体并伴有空泡。结论:YYHL眼睑的结构变化导致其视力下降;YYHL眼睑皮肤毛囊细胞凋亡是导致其眼睑无毛的主要原因。Aim: To observe the ultrastructure of the eyelid of Yuyi hairless mice(YYHL). Methods:The eyelids of YYHL( n = 3 ) and Kunming mice( n = 3 ) aged 1 mouth were observed using scanning electron microscope. The eyelid skin of YYHL( n =3) and Kunming miee( n =3) aged 0 d, 12 d and 1 month were observed using transmission electron microscope. Results:With electron microscope scanning,YYHL had a thickened eyelid and an irregular eyelid margin. Meibomian glands did not appear to be open but instead contained debris which appeared to close. There was no significant difference between YYHL and Kunming mice aged 0 d. At 12 d, the nucleus of hair follicle of YYHL' s eyelid was sunken and chromatin was condensed under the nuclear envelop. Apoptotic bodies with crescents of condensed chromatin were observed in hair follicle of YYHL' s eyelid aged 1 month. Conclusion : The change of eyelid structure was the cause of dysopia in YYHL. The apoptosis of hair follicle maybe lead to hairless of YYHL' s eyelid.
