摘 要:目的:探讨孕产妇血与新生儿脐血中钙、铁、锌含量与新生儿身长的关系。方法:采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定118例健康临产妇血清及其新生儿脐血清钙、铁、锌水平。结果:脐血清钙、铁、锌明显高于临产妇血清(t=4.19、3.84、3.18,P均<0.05),但不存在线性相关(r=0.396,0.1357,0.229,P均>0.05);新生儿身长与脐血钙含量呈正相关(r=0.572,P<0.05),与铁、锌含量无关(r=0.128、0.317,P>0.05)。结论:孕产妇血清钙含量可能影响新生儿身长。Aim :To study the relationship between the level of calcium,iron,and zinc in pregnant women' s serum and umbilical cord blood and newborn' s body length. Methods:The serum levels of calcium, iron and zinc of 118 pegnant women and umbilical cord blood were detected by atomic absorption-ray spectrometer. Results:The levels of calcium,iron and zinc in pregnant women were higher than those in umbilical cord blood (t =4.19,3.84,3.12,P 〈0.05) , and there were no linear correlation ( r was 0. 396,0. 357,0. 229, P 〉 0. 05 ) ; Positive correlation were found between calcium level in the cord blood and newborns body length(r =0. 572,P 〈0.05) ,but not iron and zinc (r =0. 128,0. 317,P 〉0.05). Conclusion : The level of serum calcium of pregnant women may affect newborn' s body egth.
